My progress disappeared. Progress is saved on your device. Deleting the app deletes the save on this device. Using Reset progress in Settings wipes your campaign, best scores, best times, streak, purse, instruments, cosmetics, honors, Letters, Perfect Run, and Cascade marbles on this device. It cannot be undone. Name, settings, and your Standings seat stay.
The game has no sound. Check the ring/silent switch and the Music and Effects levels in Settings. Mix with other apps is on by default, so your silent switch mutes DropOS; turn Mix with other apps off and DropOS plays through the silent switch.
How do the leaderboards work? The Standings rank you by how many different sheets you clear this week. Each sheet counts once. Wins with the Blueprint or an Apprentice undo do not count, and wins while offline do not count. The week rolls over at one worldwide instant; open Standings in the app to see that instant in your local time.
